HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PICTURE IS APPROPRIATE?

If you think the person would be classified as “an LA Bum” then chances are it will be posted. Crazy looking people, stupid outfits, and the ugliest of the ugly all have a place on Bums of LA. PLEASE NOTE. Absolutely NO pictures of someone mentally or physically handicapped will be added to the website.

I SUBMITTED A PICTURE AND I HAVEN’T SEEN IT ON THE SITE YET.

Please be patient, the process to add a photo takes some time. If your picture is inappropriate, it will not be added to the Website.
